Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
Yes — messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API so your number stays safe and compliant. During onboarding we guide you through connecting your number step by step.
How do parents pay?
You share a UPI QR code or payment link over WhatsApp. Parents pay with any UPI app, upload a screenshot as proof, and you verify the payment in a single tap.
What are messaging credits?
Every WhatsApp conversation you start uses credits. One utility message (like a fee reminder) costs 1 credit; a marketing message costs 10. Plans bundle credits monthly, and you can top up anytime.
