Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstance.

We want you to be confident when you subscribe to FeeSend. This policy explains our no-refund policy and how to cancel your subscription.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial that includes intro messaging credits. No payment is taken during the trial, so no refund is required. You can stop using FeeSend at any time before the trial ends without being charged.

2. No refunds

We do not provide refunds for any subscription, plan, or messaging credit top-up, including but not limited to unused credits, partial billing periods, upgrades, downgrades, or early cancellations. All payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Messaging credit top-ups

Credit top-up packs are consumable and are non-refundable in all cases, whether used or unused.

4. How to cancel

• Cancel from the Billing section inside the app, or
• Email appfeesend@gmail.com from your registered address.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account reverts to the free tier. No refund will be issued for the remaining period. Your data is retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Duplicate or failed payments

If you were charged twice due to a technical error, or a payment was deducted but your account was not credited, contact us within 7 days with the transaction reference. We will verify and, if confirmed as an error, correct the billing accordingly. This does not create a general right to refunds.

6. Exceptions

There are no exceptions to our no-refund policy except as may be strictly required by applicable law. Refunds may still be denied where there is evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
